Anthropic announced on October 6, 2026 that it is merging Project Glasswing and its Cyber Verification Program (CVP) into one expanded program with three access tiers: Defense Access, Red Team Access, and Specialized Access. Each tier gives qualifying security organizations reduced cyber safeguards on Claude Opus 5.5, Claude Sonnet 5.5, and Claude Mythos 5.1, with later models to be added.
