CXMT president Cao Kanyu said at a Shanghai industry event that the company plans to launch its first 4F² product, a server DDR5 RDIMM, by the end of 2026, using a vertical transistor cell design CXMT says cuts each cell's footprint by about one-third on paper. No speeds or capacities have been announced.
