OpenAI said it will acquire Pierre Computer Company, maker of Code Storage and the open-source Trees and Diffs libraries already used in Codex for file browsing and diff review. Pierre also built Highlights, a fast syntax highlighter, and Code Storage, a Git-based distributed storage system with APIs for machine use, supporting repositories up to 32TB and Git LFS.
