Anthropic announced on October 15, 2026 that it has onboarded six METR employees with company laptops, office space, and internal tool access roughly matching its own risk-assessment teams. METR will publish its own risk assessments, and Anthropic says it cannot veto publication, only require redaction of narrow categories like customer data or model-architecture details.
