Huawei and Qualcomm announced on October 5, 2026 a multi-year agreement combining cross-licenses to each other's patent portfolios in 5G, compute, AI and networking, plus Qualcomm's purchase of certain Huawei US patents in compute, AI, networking and other areas, including Huawei's LogicFolding technique.
